My name is Kendel and I am 12 years old. I have been dancing since I was 4 and I dream to someday dance on Broadway or in a professional dance company and teach dance. I train 15 hours + each week on the Pre-Professional dance team in Encino, California. I am also an excellent student. I am so excited because I just received a 4 week scholarship to Moxie Contemporary Ballet Summer Intensives near Portland, Oregon. I will be training like a professional dancer with amazing Master Teachers in Classical and Contemporary Ballet, Partnering, Modern, Pilates, Conditioning, Nutrition and Injury Prevention. I will also get to perform at the end of the session on stage in a Portland Theatre, so my family in Oregon may be able to see me dance for the first time!
