Ken Knox Legal fees

Hi My name is Ken I am 63 years old and live with my  lifetime partner  Wendy. 
I purchased a Colorado from the tait group in Goondiwindi which has a manufacturing issue and i have been fighting the dealership for over 24 months to receive our consumer rights.
I have parked my vehicle outside the Dealership to raise awareness which has led to attempt of my sign's being stolen by 2 ladies, 1 lady who works at the Dealership and another lady i did not know. 

One of the ladies that I have never seen before which I only had words with regarding my signs has alleged I assaulted her.

I have had local council harassment which lead to a fine by police for public Nuisance and further more charges of an alleged assault.

These allegations of public nuisance and assualt have not been investigated and I have not been given a chance to answer these alleged allegations.

We have been denied Legal Aid to fight these charges and as pensioners we do not have the funds.

I have had a Death threat over the pnone by a worker that is employed by the tait family trust that they will come to my house and beat me to death and the local police will not press charges nor will they press charges on the two ladies that tried to steel my signs.

This has all been because i was outside the Dealership who sold me the vehicle

Please if you can spare a little to help me fight these false allegations, it wont go un-noticed.

I can not sit back and accept the allegations against me when I have not committed any of the alleged offences.

I believe it is purely an attack against myself for standing up for my rights.
