Ken Grabske

In March 2015 Ken was diagnosed with colorectal cancer.  He was told chemo, radiation and surgery would resolve the cancer.  Ken had a severe allergic reaction to the chemo and suffered a heart attack.  Because chemo could no longer be used, his dosage of radiation was upped, causing internal intestinal burns.  Surgery was then performed, only to get the news not all the cancer was removed. A second surgery was also required.

March 2018:  The cancer has returned as a tumor has been causing him severe pain.  Ken has been in an out of the hospital the past couple of weeks.  Genetic testing was done to see if another chemo could be given.  He was just given the results that he is a match and will having upcoming appointments to set the treatment plan along with another major surgery.

All of us that know Ken or Jen know they would do anything to help any of us out at any time.  Ken has not been able to work due to his illness and Jen has been missing work to help him with the numerous things going on.   Any amount you can give is appreciated.  All money raised is intended to go towards his medical bills which are already enormous and will continue to pile up.

Ken is not yet aware of this page.  He knows that everyone in life has their own struggles and would not want to share any of the burden with his friends and family.  As we get closer to the goal, we will reveal our secret to him.
