</div>My name is Charlaine McMillan.  I am reaching out to my communities for an help you can give on behalf of my Dad and Mum.
   My Dad and Step-Mum  lost their home last night in a devastating and catastrophic fire. It burned everything they own. It also severely damaged the property which my sister and family share. As disabled and retired persons on a tiny pension, at almost 80 years old, how would how  would you rebuild your home and life from scratch after a fire? I never thought of this until now. On one of the coldest days of the year, the fire devastated everything they own.. All their belongings and momentos are gone. My Dads dentures/teeth for eating, their clothing, all food, memories and family photos, all personal effects 
…torched. Everything they ever worked for. What’s lucky, is they escaped just in time as the flames burned under the bedroom my Dad napped in …with their dog in hand in a split second timing in slippers as the flames were under the bedroom while they slept. 
At this time we re-evaluate how precious life and family are, and hope we can assist them to rebuild.
Any help at all is greatly appreciated from our hearts. <br /><br />
