Kelly's Stroke Rehabilitation Fund

On the evening of February 24th Kelly McComb's suffered a left middle cerebral artery ischemic stroke.  After a few days in the Neuro ICU she has regained good mobility and movement of her right arm and leg but has significant remaining impairments in her language abilities (aphasia) making communication difficult. She will require intensive rehabilitation to regain her communication skills and continue improving mobility in order to return home.  Kelly has worked the last several years as an administrator at Dharma Rain Zen Center.  Her two youngest daughters, who are in college and work part-time, live at home and are keeping up the house.  Our family will require significant financial help from our circle of support to cover Mom's mortgage, living expenses, home maintenance and medical expenses following her disability.  Kelly has always prioritized those in need, showing up for her family, friends and neighbors during their times of challenge. Now she needs us all to show up for her.  Please consider making a contribution. Even small donations add up when many people give.
