Spokane Delegate to Cleveland

I was elected as a delegate to the Washington State GOP Convention from Spokane's 3rd Legislative District. I've got some money set aside. But I will be actively campaigning for one of the 3 delegate or alternate positions from the 5th Congressional District as well as one of the 11 statewide at-large delegate positions. It costs a lot to go to national convention so I want to be able to show the other delegates that I'm serious and have the funding to attend.
