Kelly Smith Recovery Fundraiser

On Christmas Day, our good friend Kelly suffered a traumatic brain injury, requiring emergency brain surgery. After a successful operation, Kelly spent 15 days recovering in the Intensive Care Unit. Kelly is still slowly making progress out of the hospital, but is currently unable to work. Further, she has incurred crippling medical bills due to the surgery and the time spent in the ICU. While insurance and hospital bills are finalized over the coming weeks, Kelly still needs immediate help for living expenses. She will likely need help once said bills are finalized. Kelly does amazing work for Bread and Roses Women’s Clinic, and also bartends part time at the Backyard. Anyone who knows Kelly knows she would be the first to rally around helping anyone in a situation similar to hers.
