Kelly Curtis Funeral Expenses

Kelly Ann Curtis (Baun), passed away unexpectedly at her home in Copley on June 22, 2020. She was born on June 23, 1967 at Barberton Citizens Hospital to Jack and Marlene Baun whom she went to be reunited with, along with the Lord and savior Jesus Christ. She was 52 years young.

Kelly was a dedicated and selfless mother and was very much so a daddy’s girl. She loved being the rockstar grandmother that she was. She wanted nothing more than to be surrounded by her family and to have all of her children under one roof. She was so proud of all of her children and made sure she expressed her love for them each day. She made sure to check in on all of them and kept in touch as much as possible. She gave them the world and they are forever thankful for all that she has done for them. She was very giving and would go without to make sure her kids had what they needed.

Kelly was a fun-loving person that loved to laugh. She would spread positivity, joy, warmth and happiness anywhere she went. She had a very warm demeanor that was felt by many. Her free spirit will continue to live on by those who were closest to her.

Kelly went above and beyond for her family, especially around the holidays. She was a firm believer of tradition and even instilled childhood traditions with her grandchildren. She enjoyed hanging out with her friends and having a good time making crafts, having bonfires, four wheeling (riding) playing cards and so much more. She loved cooking, baking, tending to her garden and watching her favorite shows. She loved quoting and referencing her favorite movies. She loved going to concerts, dancing and jamming out to her favorite music; especially Aerosmith because she adored Steven Tyler.

Kelly was a follower of Christ and attended Grace Church in Norton. She would have hoped that those reading this will trust in god, who she believed to have all of the answers.

“Jesus looked at them intently and said, "humanly speaking, it is impossible. But with God everything is possible.”” –Matthew 19:26

Kelly is survived by her husband David, daughters Crystal, Ashley (Mark), Melanie (Brandyn), Faith and Angel and son Tristin; grandchildren Claire, Megan, Primrose; many family and friends and dog Bear.

Friends may call on Saturday, June 27, 2020 from 12 – 2 PM at Hummel Funeral Home COPLEY, 3475 Copley Rd. A private graveside service will take place in Copley Township Cemetery.

Her bright smile, beautiful soul & resilient spirit will be deeply missed.

We love you to heaven and earth and back again; forever and always, mom <3
