It is with a heavy heart that we share with you the passing of former Animal Control Officer, Kelli Hipple. Kelli’s strength, voice, compassion and leadership made her stand out at Ventura County Animal Services (VCAS) and within the community she served.
Kelli married Seth, her shelter sweetheart, who is a current Animal Control Officer at VCAS. Together they had a beautiful baby girl, Ariel (almost 2), who lights up a room with her bright smile.
The cancer that took Kelli was located deep within her brain in a place that made it impossible to operate. The cancer quickly progressed and within just a few weeks she was gone. Kelli, however, lived long enough to see video of Ariel opening up her Christmas gifts .
Seth and Ariel need your help to get them through these tough times. Your donation will help Seth with everyday expenses as well as starting a college fund for Ariel.
We have all suffered a great loss. The world will never be the same. The heavens have another angel to watch over us.
