Mental health is the leading cause of disability in Canada, while suicide rates among university-aged students has remained static for several decades.

Research about mental health has the potential to give an insight on the strengths and weaknesses of services and further, for the tailoring and enhancing of such services. We are no more or no less than anybody else and it is time we abolish the unfair stigmatism surrounding mental health.
