Wildlife Care

My name is Sue and I am a Registered Wildlife Carer living in Blackbutt.I care for a large number of Ophaned,Injured and/ or Sick Australian Wildlife,particularly possums and birds.I work with other Carers who also care for Orphaned possums,birds and Wallabies and Kangaroos.All Wildlife Carers are Volunteers meaning we dont get paid for the time we put into this Care,for the Vet fees( may need to be vet checked as part of the initial care) which may include medications,or for equipment used.

As a group of Carers we are asking for assistance to cover,vet bills( we all know how costly a vet trip is),ongoing medications,equipment costs( possum boxes,sleeping bags,tissues)fuel costs( when doing rescues or when transporting Wildlife to a vet) and particularly formula milk costs.

As I said we are not funded, cannot get funding and currently these costs are covered by us,as carers privately.

Unfortunately this is why there is only a few of us dedicated souls still left.It would be great if you could spare a couple of dollars
