We like our Neighbours were excited to buy our new homes.  We have built a lovely community where our children play freely and safely and our pets are free to roam.  The Estate infrastructure is not great, some bends are at 90 degree angles and parking is insufficient due to each home having an average of just 1 parking space despite most houses being 4 or 5 bedrooms.  Most Houses are forced to park on the road and with only 4 visitor parking spaces for Houses on the estate with 300 homes, Visitors also are forced to park on the road.  Some of the roads are so narrow that even when 2 cars are parked on the pavement either side of the road, the road is still only narrow enough for 1 car to pass.  Now the Developer that left us with these traffic problems is proposing to feed 90 -121 homes through a one way in and out access route via our quiet unfit for purpose already busy Toucan Street.  We have of course made our concerns clear to the Planners and the Council, the MP and the local press, pretty much anybody that will listen.  Coupled with this we have been put off of objecting due to a clause in our TP1's by the Developer that refers to us not objecting to their planning applications on adjacent land.  The Planners have advised me that despite our objections and support from our local MP and Counsellors that because the Highway Officer for our Council has supported the application, it is unlikely that he can reject the application as the Developer will appeal on the grounds that the Highway Officer has approved the planning.  The Transport report provided by the Developer is in our opinion, inaccurate and unrealistic. We have spoken to a Professional qualified Transport Planner who believes we have a very good case however the cost for the report and a site visit will be expensive and I just can't afford the cost by myself.  This is our only chance to prove that this planning should not be approved but we are running out of time very quickly.  The report and site visit including VAT will be in excess of £2400.   I appreciate that this Go Fund Me is not life or death but I'm a good person as are my neighbours and I can't sit back and let these Developers turn our Estate into a dangerous site without trying to evidence that the report is biased and inaccurate.  The report does not mention once our Street name and instead names another street.  The photos used show another street that will not even be the only access to the new estate and doesn't even show any cars.  I feel something is being covered up and already a victim of FLEECEHOLD,  I will not be taken advantage of anymore.  Please help me make a stand and ensure the safety of my family and my neighbours families.  Every penny will help.  Thank you for reading x
