Dear Valued Clearly Clean Clients:
First, we want to thank you for your many years of loyalty in working with our company. We are proud of the quality and consistent services that the men and women who work in your homes and offices provide on a weekly basis.
Our first priority is the well being of our clients and staff and ensuring we all remain healthy. And, given this unprecedented moment in our lives we are trying to be measured and calm. However, given the short notice that came with the onslaught of the virus all of our work came to a screeching halt within two days of the shut down order.
This is of course understandable, the safety, soundness and health of all of us comes first. But, this has left us in a very challenging financial situation and that is why we are asking for your goodwill and assistance.
Please join some of our other customers who have made payments toward helping us in this hard time so we may sustain our business through this crisis. Your contribution will ensure that post-COVID-19 we will be able to provide the same quality and consistent customer service that all of you have come to know from Clearly Clean and our loyal staff.
The majority of your contribution will be given to the contractors who work with us and clean your spaces with a smaller percentage sustaining the company’s overhead.
We know this is a challenging situation for all of us and if we were not in such dire straits we would never ask.
But, we are here now and hope you might consider a contribution which can be used to help us get thru this.
