Keeping a family together thru bad times

Single mom of 2 young adult teens 21 and 19. The 19 yo son has down syndrome and requires special care and mom has been thru 5 foot surgeries over the last year due to being flat footed and plantar fasciitis. She has been a loving and caring server for over 20 years and has been stricken with surgery complications and infections.  She struggles to keep her head up and remain positive for her children as much as possible.  Always caring for others has been her primary concern and now she needs some the same love and assistance if she can get it.  Her and her kids love in a hotel currently after moving from a trailer park that wouldnt fix anything including mold and was evicted for seeking help thru the health department.  Because her lease was month to month she had to move out.  After multiple attempts to gain housing she has been stuck at a hotel paying $1600 a month in which her daughter and friends have been helping her cover the bill's between surgeries and now after an emergency surgery just 2 days ago due to a bad internal infection she will be off a minimum of 6 weeks. She is a proud and caring mother and we are hoping this is her last surgery but needs help to get out of the hotel and into a house in the valleystation area so that she can return to her job and have a chance to get her life back in line. She is the type of person to always give and believes in paying it forward and could really use some assistance in getting a downpayment for a home for her and her children so that stability can maybe help get her back to being the mom and employee she needs to be.
