Keep Veterans Non Profit open

Want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money to benefit Veterans Non-Profit, and any donation will help create an impact. ThankVeterans Non-Profit has been supporting El Paso, Texas, Veteran community in official and unofficial capacity for almost a decade. I got introduced to Veterans Non-Profit in 2015 while working as a Veteran Community Advocate through other organizations. Stephen Mills, the founder, was a United States Army veteran with a heart of gold. He wanted to ensure that every Veteran in our community had at least food on their table even when facing so many struggles.
Over the years, the food pantry grew into a clothing closet where they offered clothing (regular and interview clothing) for their Veteran clients and families, allowing them to get free personal hygiene items and much more. Not only did he ensure that these basic needs were met, but he went out of his way to create a pet pantry, where he began offering dog and cat food for the often-forgotten family members – pets. In their first year of operation, when they received their nonprofit status in 2015, the food pantry alone served 360 veteran households comprised of 625 unique individuals. His expansion didn’t stop there! He realized quickly that mental health peer-to-peer counseling is much needed, and he opened his doors to several variations of groups for Veteran mental health
Then, on May 26, 2022, the El Paso Veteran community received crushing news! The founder of VNP, our beloved Stephen/Steve Mills, passed away. VNP volunteers and Board Members are working hard to keep the organization going and honor his name and his hard work. However, we need the community’s help to ensure that the financial burden they’re currently facing with the loss of their founder is lessened. Therefore, I am asking on behalf of hundreds, if not thousands, of Veterans that have walked into this organization to help out with a small donation to continue the mission our brother started.
This nonprofit must continue its operations because so many of our Veterans depend on it.
Any support is truly appreciated.
Until Valhalla Steve
