Unfortunately, as many of you may know, we have been fined substantially for past performances due to music licensing issues. On top of rising licensing fees, this financial burden has made it nearly impossible for us to continue.

<div>Music has always been at the heart of what we do. It brings people together, supports local artists, and creates memories that last a lifetime. Providing free music at our venue has always been a labor of love, but now we’re facing a tough reality: without help, we won’t be able to keep offering free music at Charter Oak.
