<div>We are the Gray family, and we never thought we’d be in a position to write something like this — but life has hit us hard, and we need help to stay afloat.

<div>We are working parents to two amazing kids — a teenager about to start high school and a very energetic 6-year-old. I work as an accountant and my husband in customer service. In addition to our primary jobs, I’m a mobile notary, and my husband does work in film/television. Due to the current state of the real estate and entertainment industries, our secondary income has been greatly reduced, and we Door Dash on the side to make ends meet.

<div>Unfortunately, <strong>our car broke down unexpectedly and the cost to repair it is $6,000.</strong> Our car is essential for our family and especially for our many jobs. Not having our car creates a significant lack of income that will impact our ability to pay our mortgage and go into foreclosure.

<div>We’ve always prided ourselves on being able to solve our own problems; however, right now, everything feels incredibly heavy and overwhelming, and we truly need the help of others.
