Keep Sonia afloat fund

Hello, thank you for taking the time to read this. My dear friend Sonia needs a little help to stay in her home with her daughter and to keep their car up and running. This is especially important for Sonia because she needs to be able to get Madison to and from school and to make it to dialysis every other day to keep her body working. If you know Sonia, you know that she was diagnosed with kidney disease at 19, total kidney failure at age 25, a transplant rejection at 28 and renal osteodystrophy at 32. She is disabled and suffers many side effects of not having working kidneys on a regular basis as well.
All of this to say, the state only gives her $700 a month of disability to live on. With housing prices the way they are and no way to make any additional income, this is leaving them in a hole every month to the tune of about $1,000 minimum. Snap has denied her in the past - saying that she is getting too much in disability. The rent alone is $2,200. They face eviction every single month. I am working diligently to get them on every affordable housing list possible. If you or anyone you know have any leads on housing, rental assistance, or any other benefit programs you think would be helpful please pass the information along. If you can spare a few dollars a month for gas or towards a bill, please let me know.
Thank you for taking the time to read this. I know that times are tough for everyone and we very much appreciate everyone who can help now or has in the past.
