Keep my Home and Workshop

Friends, I'm working hard to stay in my home and my shop, against all odds and against some real obstacles that keep me from living the calm, peaceful, productive life I want and deserve.  This whole thing has been hugely stressful for about three years now.

The house is up for sale, hopefully to an investor who will let me stay.  But it is immensely time-consuming, taking me away from the work I need to do and interfering with my job search. Now, I have a fabulous couple of friends who want to buy this house so that I *can* stay and have a bit more security in my life. They are doing this out of a sense of Community; that we should care for and take care of one another.

In order to get there, we need some help.  First, I need to pay rent and so the first bit will go to that.  After that,  we need to come up with the rest of the down payment.
Whether that is in the form of an out-right gift to me, the form of a loan to him, or an investment share which my friends will manage,  This would be a huge blessing in my life.
