Keep Kids Singing

Helping our young singers achieve their musical potential has been a goal of the Carolina Concert Choir since 2011. We know that when kids are singing, they form collaborative friendships and experience a lifelong love of good music.

Every year,  about 70 sponsored Junior High and High School Henderson County students come together to perform in joy, harmony, and achievement. For those kids not on sports teams, their involvement in this group gives them identity and purpose beyond what the public school system can offer.  

For the past seven years, our 45 member Concert Choir has funded the All County Honor's Chorus.  The cost per year of almost $10,000, (music, venue, conductors, accompanists, food, programs, clinics, etc.), is entirely funded by our choir and private donations. Unfortunately, some of our supporters can no longer maintain their level of giving.
