My name is Joseph. I'm an immigrant and green card holder from Europe who has lived in the US for the last 16 years. I'm trying to live my life in the best possible way. I'm a small business owner living with my wife and 7-year-old daughter. Recently, USCIS denied my request to extend my green card and legal status, and I'm facing possible deportation. I have a zero criminal record, so the situation is very unclear. It's heartbreaking even to think that I can be separated from my family and my daughter.

I created this fundraiser to raise money for the cost of hiring an immigration attorney. The cost of this complex situation was set at $15,000, which is, unfortunately, very high in my current financial situation.
