<div>Future Brewing has been fighting for survival. Since opening in October 2023, we’ve faced nearly three years of complaints and legal action from a single neighbour. Every inspection by Inner West Council and OLGR has confirmed full compliance. No fines, no warnings, no corrective action.

<div>Despite that, the complainant has escalated to the Land and Environment Court, forcing us to engage lawyers at enormous expense. We’ve already made major concessions including tighter operating hours, music restrictions and sound mitigation well beyond legal requirements. Now we’re facing fresh proceedings.
