Keep Carolina Rosa Arts Academy Alive

I'm Carolina Rosa, the owner of the Carolina Rosa Arts Acaday (CRAA) in Jersey City. I opened the academy in 2011 and since then what once started as a small dance school of a few students has grown to be home to 100+ students where they can come together to spread the love for the art of dance. For a time, I balanced running the business along with my full time job as a high school teacher, but the continued success of the academy led me take the leap and pursue running it full time. Since then, we've made it our mission to opportunity help people discover their inner talent through dance. We have been helping dancers raise their self esteem and even become young professionals for 8 years now. It pains me to make this, but unfortunately, the nationwide shutdown of businesses caused by the COVID-19 pandemic leaves me with little choice: I need your help. We are collectin funds to cover expenses such as rent and utilities during the mandatory shutdown due to COVID-19.  Our wish is that we can stay at our current location so that we can reopen once the Pandemic is over. We have a dance recital pending for this summer. We would like to reunite our 108 dancers again to be able to perform in our recital of 2020. Help us keep this 8 year tradition. #smallbusinessrelief
