Hi, my name is Crystal Heller, and I’m the owner of Miracle 3D Moments. For the past five years, I’ve had the privilege of helping moms, dads, and families see and bond with their babies before they’re born. It’s been the most rewarding part of my life watching the smiles, the tears of joy, and the comfort that comes when a mom-to-be sees her little one moving, yawning, and even smiling.

Running this business hasn’t always been easy. I’ve done everything I can to keep it going. This includes moving the studio into my home, and even going without a paycheck just to keep prices affordable for families.

But now, I’ve reached a crossroads.

The ultrasound machine I use is leased, and the lease is up and a new machine lease is required to continue. The cost of leasing a new one has jumped by $14,000 a year. To keep Miracle 3D Moments in business for the foreseeable future, and cover any taxes and additional technical upgrades that may arise, I am asking for funding for the new machine of up to $30,000. Without a new machine, I can’t continue offering the opportunity for moms and families to see their little one in a comfortable space. Without funding, I’ll be forced to close Miracle 3D Moments on January 1, 2026.

This is heartbreaking for me because this business is not just a job, it is my passion. I’ve seen how much peace and joy these ultrasounds bring to families, and I don’t want to lose that connection.
