We are a small business based in health and wellness, with a mission to help others improve their quality of life through yoga, fitness, mindfulness, stress-reduction, trauma-informed support, massage, bodywork/energy work, and more. We work with people from all walks of life: all bodies, all ages, all abilities. As small business that is still financially recovering from the pandemic, we have been presented with another hurdle- major construction all around our business that has limited our staff and client's ability to easily come in, attend classes, book appointments, etc. The financial hit has been quite immense, and we are asking your help for any contribution, no matter how small, to help us keep our doors open through these summer months of construction.
