Help for Beverly & Elizabeth Glenn-Copeland

My name is Faith. Myself and my partner Quinn are writing on behalf of my parents, Beverly and Elizabeth Glenn-Copeland who are in need of financial support to get them through this next year.
Like many artists, my parents have been hit especially hard by the COVID-19 crisis. My father, Beverly is a musician, composer and performer who after writing and releasing music in relative obscurity over the last 50 years, at age 76 was on track to return the first profitable year, with tours scheduled in Australia, the U.K. and Europe. He was receiving attention from audiences worldwide, was set to tour Europe and Australia, and was due to record and release a new album. Now all of that has changed. The European tour scheduled for this summer has now been rescheduled to May 2021, meaning that my parents will have very little in the way of sure income for a full year. And as we know, the times are so uncertain that a spring tour might still be cancelled as the pandemic could very well remain a factor.
A few months before the pandemic, my parents sold their modest home in Sackville, NB and are now unable to finance a new home. Without money to pay market rent, they are essentially homeless. Though they have secured a temporary situation in which to live thanks to the kindness of strangers, the reality remains that they have little income to finance living costs for this next year or the relocation west that will soon be necessary.
The monies raised here will partially mitigate the loss of income for 2020 and will help cover the essential costs of living including:
-Relocation, storage and moving costs to temporary housing in New Brunswick
-Utility costs for temporary housing, incl. set-up costs
-Groceries, clothing, supplements, medication, dental etc.
-Relocation costs to whatever more permanent situation they can find nearer family and friends
-Other necessary insurance premiums including life and rental insurance
On behalf of my parents, and out of respect for all they have given over the years to the communities in which they have lived and worked, we are asking our collective network of friends, family and supporters to step in and help alleviate some of the financial stress.
