<div>Ever since, its magnetic appeal has made it a photo stop for millions of tourists from all over the world as well as a favorite spot for locals, bringing smiles to faces and joy to families.

<div>Financing to maintain the mural has come through various sources over the years, but is now non-existent! At a time when the paint is already in particularly bad disrepair and will only get worse with any delay!

<div>A three-year plan has been created for ongoing maintenance including a comprehensive and immediate update with new, technologically-advanced, more weather-resistant materials.  
</div>
