<div>Recently, we were hit with unexpected HVAC and ceiling repairs (it's been a work in progress with the ceiling). Because of the structure of our lease, we are responsible for financing improvements and any repairs needed within the space. <strong>These necessary repairs are finally being addressed, but they created a financial setback that we’re now working to stabilize.</strong>
