Hi my name is Trudi . For anyone that knows me knows how passionate I am about the rescuing of dogs . I have adopted and been involved in helping dogs all of my adult life . In fact I am in the process of adopting another dog from a friend called Marius Ionut. Marius is a very special friend .He works tirelessly in helping dogs . He has rescued many in his time . He relies solely on donations and donations are very slow and always from the same people , a handful of people in fact . Marius recently had a visit from the Animal police . The outcome was that the shelter conditions were not suitable and that improvements had to be made and all 60 dogs had to be vaccinated , microchipped and castrated . Marius has barely raised enough money to feed them . He tries his hardest and is such a caring man . His shelter has been built out of whatever he can find and afford . Strict rules have been imposed on Marius . Three months to improve these conditions and get 60 dogs vaccinated, chipped and castrated or they will confiscate all 60 dogs and take them to a public shelter . If you know anything about public shelters in Romania you will know the dogs are not cared for .They are starved and lay on cold concrete floors are not medically treated when needed. They are generally kill shelters . So potentially they will be sent to their death ,they are not killed humanely. I cannot and won’t let this happen . Which is why I’ve created a fund raiser . This is a desperate situation and we need your help . We are worried sick . To raise this sort of money in three months is a massive ask . Please can you find it in your heart to donate and share .
