Help save this poor kitten

My husband found this poor little kitten on the side of highway 440 and autoroute 19 in Laval. This little female cat is about 4 weeks old and seems to have been left to die on the side of the road. She is currently at the Centre Véterinaire in Laval. Her jaw is crushed and will be needing surgery in order to survive her injuries.  We tried calling the SPCA and the Berger Blanc societies but both said they wouldn't take on the case and that if we brought her there, she would be euthanized. There's no chance we would let this poor little kitten die so we went ahead with approving the necessary care she needs. 

We have already paid a 1,300$ deposit at the Centre Vétérinaire de Laval but total costs are estimated to be around 2,000$ plus tax. 

We will also be looking for a forever home for this little cutie. Please help us save her life. Unfortunately we do not have any more pictures since we rushed her to the emergency as soon as we saw her.
