Help us Move!

Hi, My name is Kristi. We have to move. The house we live in is a rental and has A LOT of issues. There are so many cosmetic damages that the landlord doesn't want to renew our lease when it ends in September. We have lived here for 3 years, and we were willing to deal with the issues, but the last repair we had in the flooring led to finding WAY more repairs that are needed. My daughter fell through the floor in April. She hurt her knee pretty badly. When they lifted up the flooring they found many parts of the floor that had holes and damage. The contractor that came out here stated that he was here before we moved in repairing the roof when it caved in. (we were never told of this before) The floor was never fixed or repaired and it started to dry rot in multiple places. They pulled a wall out in our hallway and found black looking mold. They swore to me it wasnt "black mold" and just covered it up with another peice of wood. Even with all of this we were going to stay. The kids love the neighborhood. It was more of a comfortable situation. Then they tell us 2 weeks ago that they dont want to renew our lease and they want to renovate the house properly without us in it.  I can barely afford to live here, let alone move and come up with first, last, security and moving truck. We also do not own a car. I have been working diligently and so has my family with our Jobs and our side hustles to save the money, but I am terrified we arent going to make it.  I have documented a lot of this on my You Tube channel and by some advice I am making this page.
