Lovins for Chloe

My Name is Chloe, my life prior to coming to PA is very sad, but I will tell you I was a couple hours away from walking to the gas chamber.  I was Saved by a couple College students in GA.  When they had no time for me, my Saviour Mommy had her Mommy drive from PA to GA to get me. When I got to Hatboro, I forgot to tell them that I dont like little kids, as I believe they tortured me when I was just a baby.  So my picture got posted on a Thursday night onto FB "Free to a good home".  Thank God my Forever Mommy was on FB the moment my picture was posted, as soon as she seen me she fell in love with me.  Date was made to meet on Saturday am, I went into her house and it was "love at first sight".  My Mommy says that she was very depressed and not wanting to be here anymore, and all of a sudden my picture came up in her face, and her whole life and my whole life had changed. 
So Now that Mommy and I have been together since November 2014, I had to go to get my check up. We went to first Doctor and they were not very nice, they said i snipped at her.  I told Mommy i didnt, i just sounded mean, she was hurting me and gave me a Rabbies big needle.  Then they were telling Mommy that they wanted to take blood from me to check to see if I had worms in me, I told them i was dewormed in that Kill Shelter place. No more of that. But they were talking about different worms. Yeah i was bit alot by mosquitos arent all dogs in GA?  
Months go by and Mommy and I having alot of fun. Until she takes me to another place to try and get blood, I wont even tell you what they did to me. Mommy should know to never leave me, but they got blood from me, and I am positive for Heartworm disease, meaning there are worms in my heart and my lungs. Mommy crying every morning asking Uncle Buddy and Aunt Katie to take care of me (believe they are her old dogs).  So apparently I am a Good Candidate meaning not much damage to my heart and lungs and they can now inject me with Arsenic to kill them darn worms. However the medicine is Very Expensive and I need to be sedated before they hurt me. Mommy is unemployed and trying her best to keep food in my tummy and a roof over our heads, she is on computer every night trying to find a full time job to buy me nice things. But right now we need to pay my Vet bills, Could you please help me?  I have asked my friends the Squirrels but they will only give me nuts. I love you all and I thank you all for being my friend.
