KC Kurtz and her family

KC started having pain in June in her left kidney. Her and her family have been through two hospitalizations, many doctor appointments, a round of antibiotics, an aspiration, too many ultrasounds to count, 2 MRI's, and a core biopsy. This week the Kurtz family finally got a diagnosis. She has a Wilm's tumor. A (rare at her age) malignant tumor.

KC will be having surgery on September 11th.  After surgery KC will need chemotherapy and radiation. The oncologist said they start chemotherapy 7-10 days after surgery.

There is a myriad of expenses from doctor bills and perscriptions that come along with this challenge and funds will help go to support KC along with her parents and two younger siblings as they face this challenge together.
