Homeless Student Needs Help

My name is Michelle  and I am a first grade teacher in Georgia.  I recently found out that one of my students became homeless in the fall,  His parents support him as much as they can.  They are involved at school and at home whenever possible.  One afternoon right before Christmas his mother (6 months pregnant) walked an hour and a half in the rain to pick up her child from his daycare because she had no mode of transportation.  On the way home a kind stranger asked to give them all a ride home.  My student's mother had to tell this stranger that she didn't know where to tell her to take them.  The kind stranger took them to a hotel and paid for them to stay a couple days.  Another friend of the family has paid for them to stay for two more weeks.  This Wednesday, January 21st will be the last day that this family can stay at this hotel.  I am collecting donations to help this family stay at this extended stay  hotel until they can get back on their feet.  I am also collecting donations to purchase some maternity clothes, uniforms for the kids, and Kroger gift cards for food.  I would greatly appreciate donations to help this family in need.
