Dear Family & Friends,
For those of you who know me, you know that my dad is my world. He has been my inspiration, my motivation, and my reason for living. I am who I am today because of his unconditional love, support, and his desire to see me succeed. My dad is a loving husband, father, and friend who has dedicated his whole entire life to giving me and my brothers and sisters everything that we could dream of. Anyone who meets him can tell you how sweet, funny, and caring he is. He truly is the heart and guiding light of our family.
On November 20, 2017, my dad had surgery to repair a brain aneurysm that unfortunately ruptured during the operation causing a stroke. The stroke left him with weakness on the left side of his body. For the past couple of weeks, my dad has been working really hard to regain his strength and mobility, not once doubting that he will make a full recovery. Although he is determined to do what he has to do to regain full mobility, his insurance has decided to terminate his therapy services. The road to recovery is a long one, but we are determined to give my dad the care that he deserves so that he can get his old life back. The costs associated with treatment and rehabilitation are extensive since he needs occupational, physical, and speech therapy. He has always been the sole provider for our family and it is now our turn to help him in his journey to recovery.
We have set up this page in hopes of alleviating some of the expenses. Donations in any amount are greatly appreciated and prayers are always welcomed.
