Defunding racism will benefit our country tremendously and help make it a better place to raise our children. In less than two weeks, 30+ people have been fired from their job for their racist behavior due to our fight against racism.
What we do?
Our organization reports racism to the employer of the racist offender. We flood the companies emails with proof of the employee being racist and call their job until the racist offender is terminated. With funding, we could get hundred of thousands of racist people fired from their jobs and keep them away from citizens who want to see this country prosper.
We believe the fastest way to slow down racism is to defund the racist offender. Instead of using hate, violence and revenge against racism, we are going to simply defund them.
Funds will be used to create a website that will allow our organization to document racism. The website will be similar to a sex offender website that holds the offender information and location for the public to view. Our website would show the racist offender behavior, the state the offender is in (if applicable) and current job if available.
Why this kind of website?
By creating A racist offender website, employers will be able to search and see before they hire someone who is racist. By providing this service to all companies, schools, hospitals and police, we will reduce racism in the work space by 95%. The employer would be able to come to the website and put in the potential employee name which would show nothing or show the person’s racist behavior. The website is confidential and no one will know or be alerted when their name is searched. The public will also be able to search the website too.
We would like to get the ball rolling and use the funds to create the website asap. Funding will also go into private investigating work to assure companies are really firing the racist offender like they claim. We would like to hire employees to help spread the word about our website. We will have to do a lot of foot work for this project due to the nature of the content. Our hope is to have the website in the hands of every employer in the next 1-3 years to reduce racism.
