Help with medical expenses for liver transplant

My Name is Nozipho and I and 27 yrs old, 5yrs ago I was diagnosed with Primary Biliary cirrhosis of the liver. Doctors don’t know what caused it. April 2018 is when my health took a turn for the worst and it’s been declining since then. I am now on a liver transplant list and have been in and out of the hospital more times than I can count.
