Help Me Get the Care &amp; Support I Need 
<br /><br /> Hi, my name is Kay and I’m reaching out because I need some extra help and support with everyday life.

Living with autism, ADHD and IBS can make things that might seem simple to other people much more difficult for me. I can become overwhelmed, exhausted and struggle with things like keeping on top of my home, cleaning, decluttering, preparing food, organising everyday tasks, getting out and about, and looking after myself when everything becomes too much.

There are days when I desperately want to get things done, but my body and brain just don’t cooperate. When several things build up at once, it can become incredibly difficult to catch up without somebody there to support me.

I’m raising money to help me access practical care and support, including things such as:

 Help with cleaning and keeping my home manageable
 Decluttering and organising my living space
 Practical help with everyday household tasks
 Support with shopping, food and other daily necessities
 Help getting out of the house and becoming more independent
 Support during particularly difficult or overwhelming periods
 Other care and practical assistance that can make everyday life safer and more manageable

Having this support isn’t about having somebody do everything for me. It’s about having somebody beside me who can help me manage the things I struggle with, so I can have more independence, confidence and quality of life.

I know that everyone is struggling with something, and I completely understand that not everybody is able to donate. Even a small donation would mean so much to me, and sharing my GoFundMe would help enormously too.

I’m trying to create a life and home where I can feel safe, comfortable and able to cope rather than constantly feeling overwhelmed by everything that needs doing.
