Kaylee Ureel Medical Costs Etc.

On Wednesday, March 7th Kaylee was involved in a devastating car accident.  She suffered a severe break of her C1 and C2 vertebrae in what is called a "hangman's break".  The doctors stated it was a miracle that she was still alive.  The vertebrae were completely broken and would not line up.   Kaylee had to undergo an intensive spinal surgery and the doctors again stated that she was a miracle and there was "another force" keeping her alive.  We know that the force was God answering the thousands of prayers being sent up for her.  She is now recovering from surgery with no paralysis!  She does, however, have to wear a halo immobilization device for "months".   She will also require in-home care whenever she is released from the hospital.    Throughout this ordeal, the Ureels have been unashamedly trusting in God.   They are awed by His healing touch and protection of Kaylee during what could easily have been a time of great devastation.  Unfortunately, they will be affected by this for months and years to come.   Our job now is to not only pray for them, but to be the hands and feet of God.  Kaylee is in her senior year of high school.  She is an honor roll student and an amazing athlete.  She has her whole life ahead of her.   As you can imagine, all of the medical, travel, work missed, and accommodating Kaylee through the healing process will put a great burden on this wonderful family who are always the first to help anyone in need.    Please help us to show our love and support for them through being generous with what God has blessed each of us with.
