Kaylas Medical leave

My sister Kayla and family are expecting their second son August 12,2017. At a routine baby appointment in March her OB discovered a lump on her thyroid which she has since had ultrasounds, blood tests, and biopsies to determine June 2,2017  it is Papillary thyroid cancer.

At her most recent appointment the doctors shared her latest ultrasound which shows it has spread to her lymph nodes in her neck. She also has extremely low calcium levels they believe to be a contributer to osteoporosis, which our mom was diagnosed with shortly before she passed. Kayla will be on medication for both of these things the rest of her life. Doctors ideally would like to do surgery to remove her thyroid and lymph nodes within two weeks of her having the baby. They recommend 3weeks of recovery for that alone. shortly after they will do radioactive iodine treatment as well.

with the unexpected news of this and all these appointments, she has been unable to work as much, and cannot afford to take more than a two week leave for maternity let alone surgery. Against doctors wishes financially she would have to put it off several months as bills can't wait. Tony and herself are currently working opposite shifts to do their best to make ends meet, care for their son, and make it to all appointments. 

Please help me take some of their financial stress away, so Kayla can get the surgery immediately and take time to recover. She's ready to kick cancers ass, & be there for her family. I promise your contribution won't go unnoticed!
