A dream for Kayla

Kayla has cerebral palsy , it effects her lower limbs and sadly at nearly 5 she is unable to walk . There is a operation she can have selective dorsal rhizotomy that involves cutting some of the sensory nerve fibres that come from the muscles and enter the spinal cord , this will reduce the mixed messages from the muscles resulting in balance and reduced tightness and with a lot of physiotherapy children from wheelchairs have walked for the first time . Kayla is such a happy and loving girl and pushes herself to her very limits , with your help we can make her dream come true .
