75-year old Veronica Lokonobei is stranded alone in Kakuma Refugee Camp, Kenya and needs your help to reunite with her sons in Boulder County, Colorado.
Without sufficient survival support, she is the last surviving member of her family in the camp.
As a Boulder County Community Services volunteer I met William Lokonobei at a community function and instantly felt a connection. William, his brother Lino and and I have formed Kakuma Mom Rescue, LLC to rescue orphans from the Kakuma Refugee Camp, Kenya.
Ninety-three cents of each dollar pays for costs of direct services to bring first Veronica, then, others. Seven cents of each dollar pays for adminstrative costs. Nobody receives compensation including the benefit concert entertainers.
