Kat's Hysterectomy Medical Fund

For the past 8 years I have had Chronic Anemia along with several other health issues, however in April 2017 I finally had it diagnosed as Multiple Fibroid Tumors to be the issue of the Anemia and Internal Bleeding.  After having a Endoscopy and Colonoscopy about 4 years ago, my Dr sent me to get an Ultrasound from my GYN, thinking the problem had to be there since I had Endometroisis for 20+ years.    I did not care for my GYN, but I did not have another Dr and scheduled to go see her.   See refused to give me an ultrasound even after showing her the bloodwork history of transfusions and how the Endoscopy and Colonoscopy was negative.  She basically called me a hypochondriac.
So I gave up and just took the iron pills prescribed whenever they did more bloodwork.
I went through a divorce and moved from Dayton to Akron, started working for a great company as a temp and was hired a year later.   When I received my medical insurance I decided to investigate some issues I was having with my bladder.   I made an appointment with a UROGYNO and the Nurse's Assistant did a routine Bladder Scan.  She said we were done, and she would be right back.  She returned with three Doctors.   After a quick physical exam the Dr said he estimated a Fibroid Tumor about the size of a canteloup.   Told me we would schedule an ultrasound and a biopsy to make sure it was not cancerous.
Fortunately it is benign (as most fibroid tumors are)... but I also have multiple tumors with the two next largest being the size of oranges.     They informed me my uterus is the same size as being 4-5 months pregnant.
So....  they scheduled surgery for July 25th.   However, since I have not been employed by my Employer for a full year (started as a temp) I will not be eligible for Paid Short Term Medical Leave.    I will need about 6 weeks off of work....  unpaid.
I have been trying to save some money, but I have had the bills from all the testing coming in and can barely keep up with those.   I went to the ER after some trouble with my kidneys and the weight of the tumors laying on my bladder about 2 weeks ago....   so I am also concerned about what that bill is going to be, and I do not want to think about what the hospital stay and surgery is going to cost me.
Right now I am just worried about making sure my regular bills are paid and I will need to make a few of the employer split insurance premium payments to keep them in good standing while out of work so I do not get dropped.     I just want peace of mind while I heal up.

And....   if anyone knows any work I can do from home while I mend up please let me know!    I do analyst and reporting for Production and Inventory Flows at work for Directors and Corporate Executives....   great with office, dashboards, etc!  Keep me in mind!   :)
*whispers*  No, I can't kint anymore.... arthritus.  :(
