Our Food Truck Dream!

Hello!!! We are two young adults with a crazy dream! Our names are Katie and Ethan.  We have always had this crazy dream to do something.  Something different.  Something unique.  We crossed paths and started sharing our dreams with each other.  We both wanted to start a local food truck.  We both have huge hearts for people.  And if we can influence someone’s life in a way simply by handing them food and saying have a blessed day, then we are happy.  We thought a local food truck would be an awesome way to get to know people around the community and start trying to make a difference.  And everyone loves food, right??  So what an easy way!

So here is our plan…. We absoultely love grilled cheeses.  Who doesn’t? So why not make a gourmet grilled cheese food truck????

We plan on going to many many local and within the radius of an hour festivals and fairs. Along with getting a parking permit and going to different places around the area.

SOMETHING COOL THAT MAKES US UNIQUE--We plan on partnering with American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.  Both Ethan and I have personally gone through the struggle of suicide and was in an awful awful dark place at one point in our lives.  And we want to spread the word and let people know that they are not alone and there is help out there. For every grilled cheese sold we will give a quarter to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. So not only are you eating a delicious grilled cheese, you are helping change someones life!

Starting a food truck can be expensive. But we really believe this is going to be a huge hit! The hope is to get this started and be ready for the 2016 Season!!!
