Katie Castonguay's New Kidney

Katie Castonguay my Baby sister has gone through my trials and tribulations than anyone I know.  There is no one i know that has had to overcome and face adversity  in life such as herself. My younger sister is such an inspiration to  myself due to being able to carry a smile on her face even though her troubles with her kidney failure when she was just barely 13 years old. She is real life warrior, if there ever was a wonder woman it is her!  She is not only a role model, but she has the biggest heart to anyone you would meet.  Katie is not only a loving sister but a singer,  an actress, and  she is also someone who has a huge heart and loves take care of those with special needs.  At 13 years old when she had found out her kidneys failed her, our mother had found out she is a match.  Almost 1 year later our mother didnt hesistate to donate a kidney to her.  Now almost 17 years later that donated kidney has failed her she is now in need of a second transplant.  Luckily she was contacted by a stranger with a heart of "GOLD"  ended up being a match as a donor.  There is nothing more important in life than making sure you spend time with loved ones before you dont get the chance too. So I am looking to raise what ever i can to help her with her finances during her recovery period while she goes through her second transplant. Anything you are willing to donate helps!! I am looking to raise money to help her with lost wages and her finances as well as any medical expenses that may come up for her.
