Kathy's cataract sugeries

I've prepared for my Kidney Transplant and believe I have covered all of the costs for that, but this has left our emergency fund depleted and today we learned that the cost for Kathy's Cataract Surgery will be $2,000 per eye.  Up front.  Surgery for the first eye is imminent as it is scheduled for 8/21.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  No donation is too small.  I'll be out of it for few days following my kidney transplant so I won't be around to share this.  So please share far and wide, even if you can't donate.
