Kathy's Cancer Expenses

Kathy was first diagnosed with ovarian cancer at the beginning of October; she later learned it is adenocarcinoma.  Controlling her pain has been the toughest challenge; and for this reason, she has been in the hospital on a morphine drip.  After beginning chemo treatments, the doctors have told her husband of 14 years, she is stage 4, terminal.  Within less than a month she has gone from treatable to hospice care.   She will be moved there tomorrow.  This devastating news comes as a shock to her husband, her children, her family and friends; we are losing a wife, a mom, a sister, a friend.

This has happened too fast...no chance for her to fight!

She has 3 children, 2 daughters 22 & 13,  one son, 16, and a granddaughter.

Her husband, Brennan, has had multiple medical issues of his own, requiring surgery and rehabilitation; which have kept him from working.  The medical bills, impending funeral costs and 2 children to raise will leave him financially overwhelmed.

Kathy and Brennan are my friends, their son is like a son to me - he is my son's closest friend.  Every dollar raised will go directly to Brennan to use for his family.
