Kathy needs FREEDOM!

Donation protected
Kathy Albright (Mom) suffered a spinal cord infarction on Oct. 24, 2017.  This very rare occurence left her paralyzed from the waist down.

Before this tragedy,  she worked 2 sometimes 3 jobs to make ends meet.  She also volunteered all over the Des Moines area at events such as Special Needs Prom, hosting boy scout troop meals, 5K runs for MS, making and delivering meals for funeral receptions, and giving time to Meals from the Heartland among many others.

She has maintained an unbelievable spirit and faith and inspires her family and those around her daily with her bravery and determination.

Hospital bills and unmanageable living expenses have made it impossible for Kathy to buy an adapted vehicle.  A van with remote ramp and hand controls would give Mom back her freedom.  She'd be able to go to the bank again, or pick up milk and bread from the store without having to ask others to do it for her.  She could even go back to work at Kohls in some capacity.

This little lady still has soo much to give to this world so please help us give her her freedom back with a van she can drive on her own.
