After the sudden heart breaking passing of our sister Kathryn, we wanted to ensure something good came out of something so sad.
Kathryn was an amazing Mum to her gorgeous children Maisy and Tomas, they were her everything. She was the treasurer for the Friends of Pitmedden School (FOPS) and was passionate about fundraising for this essential life line into the school.
Another passion of Kathryn's was being in the great outdoors, be it running, or walking. Kathryn and Richard (her husband) were often seen running through Udny, or up Bennachie.
We would like to raise money to donate to great causes that she and our family are passionate about starting with FOPS and the local church, and a looking at national charities supporting children and bereavement services for Children.
There are 2 ways to support Kathryn's memorial fund, the first is a simple donation and the second is to run or walk for 5k and donate £5 or more should you wish.
We would love to see your posts and pics of you doing this. If we can raise money for a good cause, and also encourage people outside and to stay fit we will have done our Kathryn proud! #shineonkath
