<div>Man kann sagen, ja, wie so viele andere auch, aber bei den beiden Mädchen kam alles anders, so dass ihr Leben und das ihrer Familien von heute auf morgen aus der Bahn geworfen wurde.

<div><strong>Long Covid mit der Folge einer ME/CFS- Erkrankung</strong>. Anstatt das Leben zu genießen, hat das Virus ihnen das Leben genommen. Ihr Leben findet nur noch in abgedunkelten Räumen statt, an guten Tagen kann Kathi im Rollstuhl mit Sonnenbrille nach draußen. Für beide gibt es schulmedizinisch keine evidenzbasierten Therapien. Die Empfehlung ist abzuwarten und auf Besserung zu hoffen. Das ist für so junge Menschen nicht akzeptabel! Es gibt jedoch Therapieformen sowie Medikamente, die helfen könnten, deren Kosten jedoch nicht von den Krankenkassen übernommen werden. Beide haben in diesem Jahr eine Immunadsorption machen lassen, von der 70% der Betroffenen profitieren. Allerdings braucht es viel Zeit, bis die ersehnte Verbesserung eintritt.
